The Avlite Systems cost effective GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) system provides users with the ability to efficiently monitor the status of their light via real-time data, from anywhere in the world.

This advanced GSM monitoring system is available with a range of Avlite products and works via the international standard, fully digital GSM network – the same network used by millions of cell phone users worldwide when making mobile phone calls, and sending SMS and MMS messages.

The system requires no base station to be present, and maintenance officers can simply store the designated light phone number in their own cell phone.

The user simply sends an SMS message to the installed light, and then receives an automated SMS reply detailing the light’s various operational conditions.
