Avlite's state-of-the-art Solar LED Area Light provides users with the perfect solution for lighting remote locations such as shelters, car parks and maintenance areas where connection to power grids is unfeasible.

The assembly uses the latest technologies in Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) as a light source, and provides excellent illumination over a wide projected area.

The light assembly can be configured for local requirements, and can feature up to 2 x 110watt solar panels, and 8 domed LED clusters - providing excellent area illumination. The complete assembly includes the latest in multicrystalline solar cell technology, weather resistant galvanized mounting pole, and two 55Ah SLA batteries housed in the base of the mounting post for ease of servicing after years of maintenance-free operation.

Each domed LED cluster features nine 1watt surface-mounted ultra-high intensity LEDs, injection moulded UV stabilized LEXAN® polycarbonate dome lens and base, and the latest advances in electronic and microcircuitry developments.

The light begins operation automatically, as soon as the ambient light threshold drops sufficiently, and once installed, requires minimal maintenance.
