Servo Motors

AC Servo Motor BSM N-Series

The N-Series brushless servo motors provide a very responsive acceleration in a rugged, durable design with high energy Neodymium Iron Boron magnetics. This series provides continuous stall torque capability ranging from 3.9 lb-in (o.45 N-m) to 354 lb-in (40 N-m). Peak torque capability is nominally 4 time continuous. This series has the lowest inertia to provide the maximum torque per package size. This is the best overall performer for general applications.

DC Servo Motor

Baldor's DC Servo motors were designed rugged to meet demanding requirements of industrial motion control. Available in diameters from 2.2 - 4 inch (55.8 - 101.6 mm) to provide continuous stall torques up to 56 lb-in (6.3 N-m). They are designed to handle a continuous high temperature of 155oC for reliability and dependability. A wide variety of options are available for customization to meet your application needs - tachometers, encoders, brakes, mountings, shafts, windings, speeds, connectors, environmental. Servo Drives

Flex+ series AC Servo Control

The Flex+ integrates a motion controller and brushless AC servo into a compact package capable of providing up to 15 pre-set point-to-point moves. Moves may be incremental or absolute, and include a return to home. Repeatable moves become easy to accomplish, with this easy to set up, easy to program, stand alone package. Models available with and without internal power supply for 115/230/400/460 Vac and currents to 15/15/27/27 amps.

H-Series AC Servo Control

Baldor's H-series of servo controls has an easy to use keypad for setup and operation. The 12 keys provide tactile fee, and the 32 character alphanumeric display provides full parameter names to simplify setup and operation. The Baldor keypad is used on a variety of controls (inverter/vector/servo), so when you know how to operate one, you know how to operate them all. All models include internal power supply and are available for 230/400/460 Vac, with up to 54/27/27 amps continuous.

TSD DC Servo Control

The Baldor TSD is a totally enclosed, stand alone one or two axes brush-type PWM servo control. It is capable of up to 5 amps per axis. A simplified packaging concept will allow one to take it right from its shipping carton and have it operational within 10 minutes. Just plug it into 115/220/240 Vac and it's ready to go.

Motion Control

Mintdrive

The MintDrive integrates a powerfully motion controller and a brushless AC servo control into a single compact package including a power supply. This stand alone package folds together all the motion control functions, expandable I/O handling, serial communication, machine level networking and optional operator interface panel. MintDrive models are available in direct 115 or 230 VAC operation providing 2 thru 15 continuous amps. The MintDrive, combined with Baldor Brushless Servo Motors, provide an ease to use, compact and powerful motion control package.

Smartmove

SmartMove is a stand alone motion controller providing 1, 2, or 3 axis of coordinated positioning. SmartMove I/O capabilities may be expanded and operator interface added thru an on-board BaldorCAN port. Servo loop update time is 2 milliseconds. The SmartMove comes in a panel mount configuration which conveniently connects directly to Baldor servo or vector drives.
