The Milltronics range from Siemens offers a variety of level measuring instruments for liquids, solids, slurries and interfaces. Depending on the measuring task, there are two types of level measurement:

• Point level measurement is when a binary signal is produced if the level falls below or exceeds set limits. The product portfolio for point level measurement includes the Pointek CLS range (100, 200, 300, 500), Pointek ULS 200, SITRANS LPS 200 and SITRANS LVS 200
• Continuous level measurement constantly monitors dynamic processes and transmits an analogue or digital signal. The product portfolio for continuous level measurement includes radar, SITRANS LG 200 (guided wave radar), ultrasonic, capacitance, hydrostatic and open channel flowmeters.
